Negentrix is an education holding company headquartered in Berlin, founded in 2022
Our mission is to tackle the talent shortage across the DACH region by empowering adults with future-proof skills. We combine vocational training with integration and language courses, creating a unique pathway to both professional and cultural integration
Our founders include executives from SoftServe, one of Europe’s largest IT companies, and Zalando, Germany’s leading e-commerce giant.
This strong industry backing allows us to design programs that precisely match labor market needs - resulting in outstanding employment outcomes for our graduates.

We prepare people who will lead the upcoming social and technological transformations
By 2030, we aim to become a leading education provider for immigrants in the DACH region and a key supplier of qualified professionals to the local labor market. We will cover all areas of education: from vocational and higher education to professional development and reskilling. Full-scale campuses are planned in Switzerland and Germany to implement a hybrid learning model (online and in-person).
